Why should you hire a wedding planner?

Most wedding planners already know who the best vendors are so they take a lot of the guess work out and they deal with the vendors should an issue come up. For the planning process, wedding planners have several package that will fit your needs and budget.

Until you are married you will not understand how a professional planner can make a difference.
For $300 or $400 dollars you can have a planner on the day of the
wedding do it all and have experience to know how to do it all with
no stress on you.
You will have so many people asking you questions on your
wedding day about how you want something done and then
what if there is a problem with a vendor on the wedding day, who is
going to handle it. What if you forget something or need something at
the last minute? What if you get a stain on your dress or it does fit or your hair dresser
does show up at the church or gets lost and needs directions.
That is what they are there for!
To take stress away and deal with the issues at hand.
Plus they will direct the ceremony, the wedding party and
the wedding vendors that are hired and deal with each vendor
for you, plus deal with any family issues that come up.
If you have a blended family you will probably have issues
come up.
They can pay anyone that needs to be paid instead of you having to
while you are getting ready, having pictures taken and trying to enjoy the day
and the guest and your family and remember the day in a pleasant way.
Weddings are expensive and you want good memories when you are spending
big money.
If you just have to plan it your self and feel you don't need a planner then hire a
director.
A director will arrive only just prior to the ceremony and direct the ceremony
and they will come on the rehearsal night and help direct that as well.
So you will still need someone else assigned to do the other work on your
wedding day or you will not have pleasant memories on your big day.
Directors charge $75 to $150.

I know some great wedding planners and directors if you need a referral.
